INNA Group has acquired all shares of Avanti Partners in Sweden. The transaction strengthens INNA’s position as a Nordic real estate services group and broadens the Group’s expertise in leasing and tenant advisory through a specialist business serving customers in the Swedish market.
The acquisition is an important step in INNA’s ambition to build the leading Nordic specialist in real estate management and advisory services. Avanti will continue to provide its leasing and tenant advisory services in Sweden, while INNA will benefit from stronger specialist expertise, a broader knowledge base and closer collaboration within the Group.
Avanti Partners was founded in 2021 and is based in Stockholm. The company has eleven employees and two main business areas: leasing and tenant advisory. Avanti serves Swedish and international property owners and occupiers in Sweden, and its annual sales are approximately SEK 46 million.
Avanti Partners will continue to operate as a separate company with its current team, management and customer focus. Nina de Besche will continue to lead the business as CEO. INNA’s objective is to support Avanti’s continued growth while enabling closer collaboration with INNA’s Swedish and Nordic businesses.
For INNA, the transaction supports the Group’s growth strategy: strengthening local market positions, expanding selected value-added services where they fit the local customer need, and developing a truly Nordic platform for customers, employees and partners. In Finland and other INNA markets, the acquisition primarily creates opportunities to share expertise, concepts and best practices across the Group, while Avanti’s customer services remain focused on Sweden.
